Who's the instructor?

Hi! My name is James McManus. Interested in learning more about me? Watch the video below or read some of my biography here!
In short, I've spent my whole life observing and practicing leadership. Learning first through the Boy Scouts of America and then The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, I've managed staffs of various sizes (up to ~80), helped build organizations from the ground up, and presented at regional and national conferences.
Really the "instructors" in this course are famous and bestselling authors, and leaders I've worked with and known and learned from over the years. That's why the course is written as "we" and not "I," because it's the culmination of thousands of hours of leadership training and study over the course of a lifetime. Spoiler alert: it's not done yet and never will be!
I certainly do not to purport to be the source of all wisdom and knowledge on leadership. Like most things, the more you learn the more you realize you don't know (a la Dunning and Kruger). In fact while developing this method and course I've suffered from some serious imposter syndrome! I may be an imposter, but I also have a lot of experience (and failure I've learned from) that others have told me is worth sharing.
So here you go!
Although it's impossible to thank every single person I've learned leadership from, I'd like to specifically thank the following people specifically for their assistance filling out surveys for and helping to shape/edit this course!
